Cities Management, An Associa® Company Helps Displaced Fire Victims

Challenge:

A St. Paul community building was condemned by the city following a common area fire believed to be started by arson. All residents were required to evacuate and relocate until repairs were performed on the building’s electrical infrastructure.

Resolution:

The Cities Management, An Associa® Company team immediately started the process of relocating residents after the fire. Branch leaders helped negotiate a bulk discount with a local hotel to get residents and their pets an extended stay. The board appreciated the branch’s commitment to safety and fast action in the stressful situation. While an incident like this isn’t preventable, the efforts of the management team ensured residents were protected and cared for quickly during a hectic time.
